Refund policy

At ProBeautyDirect.com, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, the licensed professionals who use our products on clients in their salons.

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is an issue with your order we will gladly refund or replace an order due to fulfillment and/or carrier issues.

 

Replacements Policy: 

Damaged

If your order arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us at info@probeautydirect.com and provide any photos of how your product(s) arrived. Allow our Customer Service Department to get back to you within 48-72 hours, as we investigate the issues experienced during transit. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement. 

 

Fulfillment Error

If you received your order and it was shipped incorrectly (i.e. you didn't receive what you ordered), you can either return the received items for refund or replacement. 

 

Return / Refund Policy:

Returns

All returns must be acknowledged within 2 business days of the delivery date. All returns must be authorized through our customer service department first before being shipped back to our warehouse. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your return. All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with all original packaging. 

Please note: We do not accept returns on all products due to the nature of specific products. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your authorized return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Unless the requested refund is due to company error, we cannot refund shipping charges. Once the returned items have been received and inspected by us, you will be refunded the amount of the product minus the shipping charges.
