Shipping policy

All orders can take 1-2 business days of processing time before it is shipped out.

We conduct shipping Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm ET. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

All orders are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping pricing is determined by UPS. If you have any questions about shipping or order processing, please contact our customer service department at info@probeautydirect.com

Please note: we do not ship to PO boxes. UPS is our shipping partner and does not ship to PO boxes. If a PO box is used for the shipping address, this may cause a delay in processing your order. Customer service will reach out for an updated address to ship your order.
